Job Title: Inside Sales: Lighting + Electrical
Job Summary:
Cascadia Sales, a leading manufacturer's representative in the Electrical & Automation Industry, is seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales professional to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our manufacturer and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming and outgoing customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Order Management: Coordinate purchase orders, align expectations and timelines with our manufacturer and distributor partners, and communicate price, availability, and shipping information.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our manufacturer and distribution partners to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing, PDF, and email applications.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
