Fire Alarm and Security Systems Sales Specialist

Mircom Group of Companies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced PMA Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and obtaining new sales opportunities for our PMA service and inspections.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry contacts and market research.
- Present Mircom's products and services to customers and negotiate sales agreements.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales and customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a strong focus on prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the fire alarm and security systems industry.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as sales or business administration.
