Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of front desk staff, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised, maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure high-quality service.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Requisition materials and supplies, ensuring timely and efficient inventory management.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.

Our hotel operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a team player, you will be expected to maintain a high level of dependability, efficiency, and flexibility in your work.
