About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aftermarket Support Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and sales expertise to our customers in the heavy equipment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and sales expertise to customers in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the product management team to stay up-to-date on new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or technical support role in the heavy equipment industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
