As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand our market share.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support our sales efforts and drive business growth.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments, and provide insights and recommendations to inform our sales and marketing strategies.
Develop and manage our sales budget, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring we are meeting our financial targets and making data-driven decisions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the aftermarket industry.
Proven track record of driving sales growth and expanding market share.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
