We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Support Analyst to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support and solutions to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with support and procurement teams to advocate for the needs of the operational environment.
- Provide training and assistance to staff on the Service Now request system and other essential platforms.
- Diagnose and escalate technical issues and service requests as necessary.
- Oversee account requests and configurations, collaborating with remote teams on directory management.
- Assist in the setup and troubleshooting of standard end-user computing devices.
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and contractors.
- Configure mobile devices for organizational use.
- Develop innovative solutions beyond standard service offerings to meet client needs.
- Monitor and manage all escalations and service desk tickets submitted on behalf of users.
- Provide assistance with corporate software applications, including Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
- Facilitate issues related to Smart Cards.
- Train users on collaboration tools, including MS Teams and video conferencing equipment.
- Guide line managers and project administrators in their roles during onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Assist users with printing tools and resources.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to implement infrastructure changes, including network upgrades.
- Be prepared to fulfill IMAC and JML requests as needed, including data transfers and asset management.
- Manage any PC modifications that require local administrative rights.
- Ensure the functionality of conference rooms and collaborative spaces.
- Adapt work schedules to accommodate user-impacting changes, such as network maintenance outside of regular hours.
Essential Skills:
- Strong client-facing abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships with end users.
- Proficient in troubleshooting Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Suite, and network connectivity issues.
- Experience with remote support tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of IT asset management practices.
- Familiarity with capital projects and construction environments is a plus.
- Effective stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Understanding of networking support and configuration.
- Awareness of IT security and information protection measures.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
