Job Title: Systems Support Analyst III

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Systems Support Analyst III to join our team in Kitimat, BC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with support and procurement teams to ensure seamless IT operations
  • Provide training and support to employees on various IT systems and tools
  • Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues in a timely manner
  • Manage account requests and configuration, working with remote teams to ensure efficient IT operations
  • Assist with installation and troubleshooting of standard end-user computing equipment
  • Support corporate software, including Microsoft365, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to enact infrastructure changes and ensure network upgrades
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements:
  • Client-facing role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a focus on Windows 10, Microsoft 365 Suite, and network connectivity
  • Experience with IT asset management and stakeholder management
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • HSSE focused, with a commitment to ensuring safety is always the priority
