Job Summary

The Logistics Coordinator is a key member of the Seaspan team, responsible for providing technical and administrative support to ensure efficient operations and effective communication across all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, coordinate travel plans, and facilitate communication between departments and external groups.
  • Compile and process expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide support for daily activities, including word processing, data entry, and material duplication.
  • Drive company vehicles and purchase supplies for the Kitimat village office space.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for shipping and logistics arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and materials for meetings.
  • Provide technical setup and support for virtual meetings and presentations.
Requirements
  • Completion of Grade 12 education, plus post-secondary courses relevant to administration and technical support.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an office environment, supporting various seniority levels.
  • Class 5 driver's license and intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently.
