We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Video Enablement team at Google Inc. As a key member of our Large Customer Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our customers and the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of high-performing Video Enablement Leads to achieve business outcomes and drive growth for our customers and Google.
  • Develop and execute short-term (quarterly) and long-term (multi-year) plans that enable our sales teams to deliver maximum measurable value for customers and Google.
  • Represent Google and YouTube's capabilities to meet the needs of all marketers seeking to build strong businesses with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attract, develop, and retain top talent in all roles across the team.
Requirements
  • 11 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, leading and developing a sales team.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding and experience in marketing/media measurement.
  • Demonstrated followership with the ability to be a culture-carrier for the team.
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
  • Effective influencing and collaboration skills with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders, including C-level executives and clients.
