Food Services Manager

Shree Vinayaka Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the food preparation process, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Cost Control
Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, and supplies, ensuring that we stay within our financial targets.
Menu Planning and PricingModify food preparation methods and menu prices to align with our restaurant's budget and customer preferences.
Staff Performance ManagementMonitor and evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to ensure that our team members are meeting our high standards.
Operations ManagementPlan and organize daily operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and customer service.
Financial ManagementBalance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports to ensure accurate financial records.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
Additional Responsibilities- Health and Safety
Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for our staff and customers.
Supplier NegotiationsNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other supplies, ensuring that we stay within our budget.
Catering and EventsNegotiate with clients for catering and event services, ensuring that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements- Education
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
Language and Work Environment- Language
English.
Work Environment40 hours per week, permanent position.
