We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at MARY BROWN'S CHICKEN. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service establishment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff members on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate and Manage Resources: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control and Customer Service: Ensure that all food and service meet our high quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare and submit reports, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare budget and cost estimates.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service establishment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, hot, and physically demanding.
- Work Setting: Food service establishment.
- Parking: Parking available on site.
