About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Whistler. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for managing the overnight shift, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the overnight shift, including supervising staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of the Front Desk team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Communicate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities and to address any guest requests or concerns.
- Ensure compliance with financial and credit procedures, including reviewing paid-outs, rebates, and petty cash disbursements.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Handle guest relocations, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Conduct frequent tours of the hotel to oversee operations across all departments and ensure that our high standards are met.
- Previous significant experience in a Front Office position or related role.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Opera PMS experience preferred.
- Fluent English (written, spoken, reading).
- Strong crisis management skills.
- Strong supervisory skills.
- Strong commitment to service.
- Category 5 Driving License (unrestricted Category 4 is an advantage).
- Ability to work overnights.
- Ability to work in Canada.
