Job Title: Front Desk Agent

As a Front Desk Agent at Fairmont Chateau Whistler, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. Your exceptional service skills and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and personalized greetings to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in experience.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of cash handling and record-keeping.
  • Upsell and promote hotel services, enhancing the guest experience and driving revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous front desk experience, with a strong background in customer service.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Proficiency in Opera or similar systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Service-focused personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
