We are seeking a highly organized and client-service-oriented professional to join our team at Royal LePage Team Realty, Brokerage.
The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional client service and support to agents, clients, and visitors
- Manage listings and appointments through industry software
- Process and manage new listings in listings database and paper formats
- Create listing websites, landing pages, and promotional material
- Provide training and guidance on industry-related software
- Maintain the front desk area to ensure a welcoming and presentable reception
- Update and provide direction to part-time staff
- Accept and record received deposit cheques and provide receipts
- Arrange for manager signatures when required
- Track meeting and event attendance for the branch and company
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support the team
- Two or more years of related experience providing client support in an office environment, preferably in the real estate sector
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Post-secondary education is an asset
- Digital marketing experience is an asset
- Proficient in intermediate functions of Microsoft Office and G-Suite
- Proficient in functions of Canva and/or other digital marketing platforms
- Prompt, reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Proven working knowledge of social media platforms
- Ability to work efficiently as a team member in a busy environment
- Competitive salary: $37,500 per year
