Our Client is looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant to support our production department. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to be at the heart of daily operations, and values teamwork, this role could be a great fit for you

Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Scanning, photocopying, and filing documents accurately.
  • Mail Handling: Manage mailings with couriers such as Purolator and FedEx.
  • Reporting: Complete monthly scrap reports and assist with record-keeping.
  • Order Processing: Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Label Printing: Print labels and stickers for the production department.
  • Shipping & Production: Print shipping documents and production copies as needed.
  • Supplies Management: Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Compliance: Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and follow all health and safety guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to resolve issues and support operations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance work processes and efficiency.
  • General Administration: Perform various administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Team Player: You work well with others and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Experience: Background in administrative support or a similar role.
  • Education: Secretarial studies are an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Communication: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
