About the Role

Pembina Pipeline Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Operations Procurement team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the procurement of materials and services that drive maximum value for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire procurement lifecycle, from requisition to payment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial agreements and company policies.
  • Supply Chain Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize supply chain processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including planning and scheduling functions, to ensure seamless procurement processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, SAP, and SAP Ariba. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Certifications: SCMP or CCM designation or enrollment in a Supply Chain Management program.
