We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join our dynamic team at Carbon Upcycling Technologies. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient procurement of materials and timely delivery of goods to support our innovative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement Management
    • Assist in sourcing and purchasing materials, equipment, and services required for projects.
  • Supplier Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
  • Order Management
    • Monitor and expedite orders to ensure timely delivery of vendor documentation, materials, and components.
  • Inventory Control
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, reorder points, and stock movement.
  • Documentation and Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement-related documentation.
  • Performance Analysis
    • Generate reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in procurement, buying, or expediting roles.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with procurement software and inventory management systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and a passion for environmental sustainability is highly desirable.
