Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager/supervisor in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including scheduling technicians for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs, and/or service work.
- Schedule technicians for emergency service calls/repairs as requests arise.
- Coordinate with preferred subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of quotes and proposals to meet customer needs.
- Maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support.
- Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Field requests from customers for service calls and contact customers to pre-arrange services.
Requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency.
- Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel is required.
- Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Good customer service skills and a positive attitude are necessary to provide exceptional service to our customers.
- A 2-year diploma in Office Administration/Business program or equivalent work experience is preferred.
- Industry experience is also preferred.
