Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. The successful candidate will assist our manager/supervisor in all administrative tasks associated with the day-to-day operation of the branch, including scheduling technicians for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs, and service work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule technicians for pre-scheduled inspections, deficiency repairs, and service work
  • Coordinate with preferred subcontractors
  • Assist in preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Process all documents with accuracy and efficiency
  • Field requests from customers for service calls
  • Contact customers to pre-arrange services

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
  • Experience in dispatching and scheduling/coordinating service personnel required
  • Ability to adjust to constantly changing priorities
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good Customer Service skills
