Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Obtains orders from customers, enters information into load schedule, completes invoicing, schedules external delivery, and coordinates related services as required.
- Provides information to customers about company products and services including basic estimates.
- Uses QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and estimating services
- Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Maintains office supplies inventory and places orders as needed
- Coordinates team activities that support retention
- Works collaboratively with team members to continuously improve workflows
- Works within company policies and procedures
- Maintains a clean and organized office environment

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in an administrative, reception, office coordination role
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Horticulture/ general gardening experience an asset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

**Salary**: $27.00-$32.00 per year
