About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at Tropical Link Canada Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales and business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate and Quote Prices: Develop and present pricing estimates and quotes to clients, taking into account credit or contract terms, trade-in allowances, warranties, and delivery dates.
  • Oversee Sales and Orders: Manage the preparation and execution of sales and orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods and services.
  • Prepare Sales Contracts: Develop and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring that all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and agreed upon by both parties.
  • Promote Sales to Existing Clients: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and Solicit Potential Clients: Research and identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to engage with potential clients and convert them into sales.
  • Assess Client Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and resources, and recommend the most suitable goods or services to meet their requirements.
  • Develop Reports and Proposals: Create detailed reports and proposals to illustrate the benefits and value of our products and services to clients.
  • Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Conduct Sales Transactions: Manage the sales transaction process, ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide Ongoing Support: Offer ongoing support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and product innovations, and adapt our sales strategies accordingly.
  • Develop Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout the sales process.
