About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Sales Manager to join our team at Scout Talent Inc. as a key member of our business development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure success.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their insurance needs.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
