About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at LX Hausys Canada, Inc. as a Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs and resources, and recommending the appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services.
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service.
  • Conduct sales transactions and prepare and administer sales contracts.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates.
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client's needs.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and resolve product and service related problems.
  • Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists and provide guidance and training as needed.
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors.
