Executive Pastry Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Constantine. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry department and creating innovative desserts that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop new dessert menus that showcase our creativity and expertise.
  • Pastry Production: Oversee the production of all pastry items, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient production processes.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor our pastry team, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ordering to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet our production needs.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all pastry items meet our high standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: A degree in pastry arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior pastry role is required.
  • Certifications: A Safe Food Handling certificate and WHMIS certification are required.
