About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at Sweet Gallery. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for creating exquisite pastry dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new pastry menus that showcase our creativity and expertise.
  • Recipe Creation: Develop and refine recipes for our pastry offerings, ensuring that they are consistent in quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our pastry team members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our pastry products meet our quality standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pastry chef role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
