About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team at The Food Dudes Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new pastry menus that meet the highest quality standards
    • Estimate and control food costs, inventory, and supplies
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of pastry cooks and kitchen staff
    • Lead by example and demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all pastry products meet established quality standards
    • Conduct regular quality control checks on all pastry items
  • Inventory Management
    • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and excess
  • Personal Suitability
    • Dependable and reliable with a strong work ethic
    • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Accurate and detail-oriented with a focus on quality
