Café Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at 915 DUPONT. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our café, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Budgeting and Financial Management
- Analyze and manage the café's budget to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement cost-saving measures to reduce expenses and increase revenue.
- Operations and Logistics
- Oversee the daily operations of the café, including staff management, inventory control, and supply chain management.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met and that the café is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
- Customer Service and Experience
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers receive a positive experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Staff Management and Development
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of staff members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that staff members are meeting their performance goals.
- Marketing and Sales
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the café and its products.
- 3-5 years of experience in a café or restaurant management role.
- College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
