Café Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at CAFÉ LANDWER. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Food and Supply Management
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Ensure that all food and supplies are stored and handled in a safe and hygienic manner.
- Staff Supervision and Training
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of kitchen staff, including food preparation and portioning.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a high level of service and quality.
- Quality Control and Budgeting
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates for kitchen operations.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Human Resources
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our café.
- Maintain records of staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Workplace Management
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Kitchen Manager who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and quality food. You will have a strong background in kitchen operations and management, with experience in supervising and training staff. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
