Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at CAFÉ LANDWER. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our café, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that our café is a safe and healthy environment for our customers and staff.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our café is running efficiently and effectively.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 40 to 50 hours per week.
