- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Point of Sale System: Manage and maintain our point of sale system, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
- Cuisine Specialties: Develop and maintain knowledge of our menu, including Italian cuisine, and ensure that our staff is trained to provide excellent service and recommendations.
- Screening Questions: Conduct screening interviews to ensure that new hires are a good fit for our team and meet our standards.
- Experience: Manage and maintain accurate records of employee experience, including training and development.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a café or restaurant environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
