Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Pastry Cook 1 to join our kitchen team at Fairmont Pacific Rim. As a Pastry Cook 1, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of pastries, desserts, and other sweet treats. You will work closely with our Executive Pastry Chef to ensure that all food products are handled, stored, prepared, and served safely in accordance with hotel and food safety guidelines.
