The Store Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and strategic initiatives of the store, working closely with the Regional Director and the VP of Retail. Your primary focus will be on delivering outstanding customer service while cultivating a professional and enjoyable atmosphere. Additionally, you will be responsible for building a high-performing team through effective coaching and training, celebrating client achievements, and recognizing team contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish meaningful connections with each client
  • Create an environment that prioritizes client satisfaction
  • Consistently meet or surpass sales objectives
  • Oversee the organization and management of a high-traffic retail establishment
  • Encourage a team culture where all staff members are accountable for achieving sales targets, supporting the store's financial goals while maintaining exceptional customer service
  • Mentor, train, and develop store personnel
  • Manage store operations, business growth, client relations, and community engagement

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a minimum of ten (10) years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail or jewelry
  • Exhibits strong team-oriented values
  • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Marketing
  • Is goal-oriented and sales-driven, while genuinely caring for clients and striving to exceed their expectations
  • Has a functional understanding of the MS Office suite
  • Provides customer service that is both exceptional and distinctive
