About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Decathlon. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders in creating value and driving performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist business unit leaders in building business plans and achieving goals, leveraging your expertise in financial modeling and budgeting.
  • Inform decision-making with real-time data and provide user-friendly business information for analysis, driving strategic decisions that impact our retail growth.
  • Support decision-makers in transforming our business model, leading to increased revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
  • 3 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a proven track record of leadership and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent communication and synthesis skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism in French and English, with a valid work permit.
