Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with the store management team to develop and implement sales and merchandising plans
  • Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance
  • Assisting with loss prevention processes, including participation in prevention strategies and investigations
  • Contributing to store stock management, merchandising, and pricing to maximize sales of assigned categories

The estimated annual salary for this role is $63,000 - $85,000, depending on location and experience.

What You Bring
