Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Director to lead our Birks store in Dix30, Brossard. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a successful team, and fostering a professional and pleasant environment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with each client to ensure exceptional customer service and loyalty.
  • Foster a store environment that prioritizes client satisfaction and exceeds sales targets.
  • Manage store operations, including business development, client relations, and community outreach.
  • Coach, train, and develop store staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director and VP Retail to drive store strategy and achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury retail and/or jewellery.
  • Strong team values and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to communicate effectively with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
