The Opportunity: Store Director - Dix30 Location

As a Store Director at our Bijoux Birks store in the Dix30 area of Brossard, you will embody our belief in the promise of a brighter tomorrow through every interaction. You'll work alongside a highly motivated team that values excellence, hard work, and collaboration.

Your Role: Leading with Passion and Expertise

Reporting to the Regional Director and VP Retail, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success of our store. Your responsibilities include:

  • Cultivating meaningful relationships with each client, ensuring their experience is exceptional.
  • Fostering a customer-centric environment where every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
  • Achieving or exceeding sales targets consistently, demonstrating your leadership in driving revenue growth.
  • Developing, organizing, and managing a high-volume retail store, ensuring smooth operations and a positive work environment.
  • Coaching, training, and developing store staff, empowering them to reach their full potential and contribute to the team's success.
  • Managing store operations, business development, client relations, and promoting the store within the community.

Your Profile: A Leader with a Passion for Luxury Retail

We seek an exceptional individual with:

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of retail sales experience; luxury retail and/or jewelry experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong team values, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Marketing.
  • A goal-oriented and sales-driven mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Functional knowledge of the MS Office suite.
  • Proficient English language skills, essential for communication with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
