About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at RSG Management Services Ltd. as a key member of our construction management team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop and submit comprehensive construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Schedule Management: Plan, prepare, and monitor construction schedules and milestones, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control programs, ensuring adherence to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, leading a team of 5-10 people.
  • Transportation and Travel: Possess a valid driver's license, with a focus on safe and responsible driving practices.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands: Work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Personal Protective Equipment: Possess a hard hat and steel-toed safety boots, with a focus on maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Work Schedule and Language: Work 35 hours per week, with a focus on meeting client expectations and company standards, and communicate effectively in English.
