Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee construction projects, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction professionals, including foremen, carpenters, and laborers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets high standards of quality and safety.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve construction-related problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in construction project management, including experience with residential and commercial projects.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Certifications: Possession of relevant certifications, such as OSHA or WHMIS.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with frequent travel to construction sites. The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
