About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Star Union Construction Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Team Management

Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Quality Control

Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure that all construction work meets the highest standards.

Communication and Reporting

Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, providing detailed information on project progress and any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as construction management or a related field.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with Mandarin language skills being an asset.
