About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Star Union Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting: Prepare and submit detailed construction project budget estimates, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.
  • Subcontractor Management: Hire and supervise the activities of subcontractors, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality standards.
  • Schedule and Milestone Management: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and adherence to company financial standards.
  • Procurement and Quality Control: Direct the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions, developing and implementing quality control programs to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the analysis of data and information, preparing reports to inform business decisions and drive project success.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
