About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Star Union Construction Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Budgeting

Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that all costs are accurately estimated and controlled.

Team Management

Lead and supervise a team of construction professionals, including subcontractors and project coordinators.

Quality Control

Implement and maintain quality control programs to ensure that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Communication and Reporting

Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project schedules, budgets, and progress updates.

Requirements
  • Education

A college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field, such as construction management or engineering.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Language

Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and project teams.
