We are seeking a highly skilled Security Alarms Technician to join our team at Danmax Communication Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic security systems and alarm equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Maintenance: Install, test, and maintain electronic security systems and alarm equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Repair and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair faults in electronic security systems and alarm equipment, including circuit, component, and equipment faults.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, including responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports, and other documentation as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field of electronic security systems and alarm equipment installation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of electronic security systems and alarm equipment, as well as strong communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: On-site customer service, remote location, and various locations.
  • Physical Demands: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, bending, crouching, kneeling, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
