Job Summary

WIPTEC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Liaison to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless communication between customers, operations, and carriers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and transmit information between customer requests and our operational processes.
  • Act as an intermediary between operations, customers, and carriers, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Coordinate and communicate the receipt and dispatch of merchandise, ensuring efficient logistics.
  • Rigorously maintain data and information in our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Manage, plan, and follow up on customer returns and inbound and outbound transfers.
  • Administer daily tasks and projects to support the operations team.

Requirements

  • Sense of priorities and agility to accomplish tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent sense of work organization and time management.
  • Strong ability to work with computer systems and software.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a team and under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities.
