About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Quad IT Solutions. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, clients, and vendors, including preparing and sending correspondence, reports, and other documents.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, contracts, and other important documents.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of office staff, including volunteers, to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Work Setting: Private sector.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Ability to multitask, excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and quick learner.
