Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at MAC. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Provide inspirational and personalized customer service, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience.
  • Manage retail operations, including inventory management, cash reconciliation, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the store manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and events.
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Proven retail experience, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing and motivating teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale software.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
