Job Summary

The Store Manager will be an integral part of our brand's image and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Service:

    Maximize store sales and KPIs to achieve sales targets.

    Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain a customer-centric environment.

    Ensure proactive client engagement and grow the clientele database.

  • Leadership:

    Model and ensure store policies compliance.

  • Operations:

    Provide proper training and development on product knowledge and selling ceremony.

    Ensure proper maintenance and organization of the store standards.

    Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns effectively.

    Oversee daily operations while managing inventory levels and loss prevention best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years of experience in a fashion luxury retail environment, with at least three years as a store manager.

  • Strong leadership, result-oriented, and solid business acumen.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Multilingual is a plus.

  • Team-centric attitude and proactive mindset.

  • Exemplary selling, training, and customer service skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workload.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and POS operating systems.
