We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Terra Nova Liquor Store. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing inventory, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Sales and Inventory Management: Assign sales workers to duties, authorize returns, and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Store Operations: Organize and maintain inventory, manage cash handling, and ensure a clean and safe store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience in retail sales or a related field (experience an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Permanent full-time position
- 30-40 hours per week
- English language required
