Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to meet business objectives
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels
  • Prepare sales reports and analyze data to inform business decisions
  • Manage inventory and maintain a clean and organized store environment
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in retail sales or management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
