Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing multiple projects concurrently, varying in complexity and scope.
- Support the creation and maintenance of essential Project Management documents, including Charters, Risk Logs, Action Items, Project Plans, Resource Allocation Plans, Communication Strategies, and Status Reports.
- Oversee project initiation and upkeep in relevant systems, ensuring efficient processes for time tracking and managing project documentation.
- Maintain schedules for critical activities, milestones, and deadlines, aiding the Project Manager in resource allocation and task progress tracking.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to prepare for and lead project meetings, ensuring timely distribution of Meeting Minutes.
- Work closely with the Project Manager and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project documentation as required, retrieving archived materials when necessary.
- Generate project updates and reports, including financial and time tracking summaries.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a broad educational background in areas such as business administration, finance, marketing, information technology, or related fields, typically acquired through a four-year Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education. A minimum of two to four years of progressively responsible experience in a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Solid understanding of budgeting processes.
- Proven ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong project coordination capabilities, including managing multiple projects of diverse scope.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of business principles, processes, and technology.
- Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to assess business challenges and apply appropriate solutions.
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in using computer applications such as Word, Access, and Outlook.
