Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Waterfront Inn and Pelican Tavern. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement effective operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Supply Chain Management: Source and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to ensure compliance with safety standards and departmental policies.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of supplies, equipment, and uniforms.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations and appraisals to ensure staff are meeting expectations.
